Commercial Interior Painting Process
Design and Color Consultation
Your Project Manager will meet with you to discuss your goals and timeline for your project. The Project Manager will be your point person to contact with any concerns or needs during your project. Color Consultation and Design will be established.
Prepare and Prep the Area
Walls are pre-sanded to ensure an initially smooth surface. Imperfections are filled and sanded smooth. Atypical wall issues may require skim-coating, and new taping/mudding. Tape is applied to certain millwork to ensure straight and clean lines.
Paint and Complete
Two coats of high-quality latex paint are carefully applied (3 coats are required for some colors). The work area is thoroughly cleaned upon completion.
